Subscriptions and Purchases on iPhone and iPad
On iOS, Napster subscriptions and credit purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store or directly within the app. Here's how to manage everything.
Subscribing via the App Store
- Open the Napster app and navigate to Pricing or Upgrade.
- Choose your preferred subscription plan.
- Tap Subscribe. Apple may prompt you to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
- The subscription will be charged to your Apple ID's payment method.
Purchasing Credits
- In the app, go to your account or the Credits section.
- Select the credit bundle you want.
- Confirm the purchase via the App Store prompt.
Managing Your Subscription via Apple Settings
If your Napster subscription was purchased through the App Store:
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Napster in the list.
- Tap it to view details, change your plan, or cancel.
Cancelling a Subscription
- Follow the steps above to find your Napster subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- You'll retain access through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted through Apple. Visit Apple's billing support to request a refund. For non-App Store purchases, contact Napster Support directly.
