Signing In on iPhone and iPad
After installing the Napster app on your iPhone or iPad, you can sign in with your existing account or create a new one directly from your device.
Signing In with an Existing Account
- Open the Napster app.
- Tap Sign In on the welcome screen.
- Enter the email address and password linked to your Napster account.
- Tap Sign In to continue.
Creating a New Account
If you don't have a Napster account:
- Tap Sign Up on the welcome screen.
- Enter your name, email address, and a password.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Tap Create Account.
Sign In with Apple
Napster may offer Sign in with Apple as a quick login option. Tap the Apple button on the sign-in screen and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. This creates or links a Napster account using your Apple ID.
Forgot Your Password?
- Tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
- Follow the link to set a new password, then sign in again.
Staying Signed In
Napster keeps you signed in on your device. To sign out manually, go to My Account > Sign Out in the app.
