Fixing Common Napster Issues on iPhone and iPad
If you're experiencing problems with Napster on your iPhone or iPad, try the solutions below for the most common issues.
App Won't Open or Crashes
- Force close and reopen: Swipe up from the bottom (or double-tap Home on older iPhones) to open the App Switcher. Swipe up on Napster to close it, then tap the icon to reopen.
- Restart your device: Hold the power button and slide to power off. Turn back on and try again.
- Reinstall the app: Press and hold the Napster icon, tap Remove App > Delete App, then reinstall from the App Store. Your account data will be restored when you sign in.
Music Won't Play or Buffers
- Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
- Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn Airplane Mode on and off to reset the connection.
- Restart the app: Force close and reopen Napster.
