On M1/M2 (base) Macs, you can use only one external display total. If another monitor is already connected, the View may not appear.
Try this:
- Disconnect another external monitor (or dock that’s driving one), then reconnect View directly via USB-C.
- Open System Settings → Displays and confirm “Napster View” is listed.
- Relaunch the Napster for Mac App and click Unmute to start a session.
- Still stuck? Restart your Mac and try a different USB-C port.
