The App doesn’t detect the device. What should I try?

• Install or update the Napster for Mac App 
• Unplug and re-plug Napster View, then start a new session 
• Restart your Mac

Tip: View counts as an external display. If you already use the maximum number of external monitors (e.g., M1/M2 base → one), macOS may not add the View. Disconnect another monitor and connect View directly via USB-C, then relaunch the App.
