Napster's AI features are powerful tools, but they have important limitations you should understand before relying on them.
AI outputs can be inaccurate
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected outputs. You should not rely on any Napster AI output as a sole source of truth or substitute for professional advice. Always verify AI outputs for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case before acting on them or sharing them.
Napster AI does not provide professional services
Napster AI Companions, Digital Twins, and AI Agents are not licensed professionals. They do not provide:
- Medical treatment, medical advice, or diagnosis
- Legal counsel or legal advice
- Financial advice
- Therapeutic or mental health services
For any of the above, please consult a qualified professional.
Do not make decisions about people based solely on AI output
You must not use AI output relating to a person to make credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them. AI output regarding sensitive topics is for informational purposes only.
AI output does not guarantee safety in all situations
While Napster implements safety protocols and content filtering, these are risk-reduction measures and not guarantees. AI systems may not detect or respond to all harmful content or crisis situations.
Crisis support
Napster's AI features are not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact emergency services (911) or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).
