Napster AI services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any Napster AI feature. Napster enforces age restrictions through registration controls and technical and policy measures, and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that belong to users under 18.
Other eligibility requirements
In addition to the age requirement, you must not:
- Be restricted from using or receiving Napster services under applicable laws in your country or region
- Be on any U.S. Government list of prohibited, sanctioned, or restricted parties or Specially Designated Nationals list
- Be located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo
- Have previously had a Napster account disabled for a violation of law or Napster's policies
Using Napster on behalf of a business
If you use Napster on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are an authorized representative of that entity with authority to bind it to Napster's Terms of Service.
