Purchases and Subscriptions on Android

On Android, Napster subscriptions and credit purchases may be managed through the Google Play Store or directly within the Napster app. Here's what you need to know.

Purchasing a Subscription via Google Play

1. Open the Napster app and go to Pricing or Upgrade.
2. Select the subscription plan that suits you.
3. Tap Subscribe. You may be redirected to Google Play to confirm.
4. Google Play will charge your payment method on file.

Purchasing Credits

1. In the app, navigate to your account or the Credits section.
2. Select the credit bundle you want to purchase.
3. Confirm the purchase via Google Play or the in-app checkout.

Managing Your Subscription via Google Play

If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, you can manage it directly:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Find Napster in the list and tap it to view, change, or cancel your subscription.

Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel a Google Play subscription:

1. Follow the steps above to find your Napster subscription in Google Play.
2. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
3. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted through Google Play. Visit Google Play's refund policy for details. For Napster-billed purchases, contact Napster Support.
