Navigating the My Account Page

The My Account page is where you manage all aspects of your Napster profile, subscription, billing, and family/team members.

How to access My Account:

1. Click your profile avatar (initials circle) in the top-right corner of any page.
2. Select My account from the dropdown menu.

My Account has three tabs:

1. Overview

Displays your profile summary including your name, email address, and current plan. Contains the Profile details section where you can update your first name and last name, and save changes. An Upgrade button is available to view subscription options.

2. Billing

Manages all financial and subscription details. Contains four sub-sections:

• Payment methods — Add or change your payment method
• Billing history — View past and current invoices
• Preferences — Manage billing information and preferences
• Pricing — View pricing plans and FAQs

Also displays your current plan and available credits at a glance.

3. Members

Manage who has access to your Napster account. Invite family members or team members, view their status and role, and manage pending invitations.
