Adding Family Members or Team Members

The Members tab in My Account allows you to invite others to your Napster account. This is useful for family plans or team-based access.

How to invite a member:

1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Select My account.
3. Click the Members tab.
4. Click the Invite member button (top-right of the Members page).
5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
6. Send the invitation.

Members page overview:

• All Members — Shows all users currently on the account with their name, email, status (Active/Inactive), and role (Owner/Admin/Member).
• Invitations — Shows pending invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted, with the option to resend or cancel.

Roles:

• Owner — The account creator. Has full admin access including billing.
• Admin — Can manage account settings and members.
• Member — Standard access to the platform's content and features.

Notes:

• The account owner is listed at the top of the Members list with an "OWNER" badge.
• Invitees will receive an email with instructions to join.
• You can cancel a pending invitation from the Invitations section.
• Member seat availability may depend on your subscription plan.
