Updating Payment Information

You can add or change your payment method at any time from the Billing section of My Account.

How to update your payment method:

1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Select My account.
3. Click the Billing tab.
4. Click Payment methods (Add or change payment method).
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to add a new card or update your existing payment details.
6. Save your changes.

Supported payment methods:

Napster accepts major credit and debit cards. Payment options may vary by region.

Tips:

• Keep your payment method up to date to avoid any interruption to your subscription.
• If a payment fails, Napster will notify you and you may temporarily lose access to paid features until the payment is resolved.
