The Companion is not responding or seems stuck
- Wait briefly: Allow 10 to 15 seconds for processing delays.
- Refresh: Reload the page or restart the app.
- End and restart the call: Click hang-up, then reopen the Companion. Your conversation history is preserved.
- Check your connection: A weak connection can cause response delays.
- Clear browser cache: Outdated cached files can interfere with the session.
If this happens repeatedly, report it to Napster Support with the Companion name and the time and date of the issue.
