My video call is not working, what should I do?
Step 1 - Check permissions
Make sure your browser or app has permission to access your microphone and optionally your camera.
- Chrome: Click the lock icon in the address bar then Permissions then Allow Microphone
- Safari: Safari then Settings then Websites then Microphone
- iOS/Android: Settings then Napster then Microphone set to On
Step 2 - Check your connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page or restarting the app.
Step 3 - Clear cache
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
Step 4 - Try another browser or device
Test in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, or try a different device. If the issue persists, contact Napster Support with your device model, OS, and browser version.
