Napster View is not displaying my Companion correctly
- Check the USB-C connection: Disconnect and firmly reconnect. Try a different USB-C port.
- Restart the Napster Mac app: Quit fully and reopen.
- Restart your Mac: A full restart can resolve display driver issues.
- Check display settings: System Settings then Displays, confirm Napster View is recognized.
- Use the Mac app: Holographic features require the Napster for Mac desktop app, not the web browser.
- Check for app updates: Ensure you are running the latest version.
