In Webflow you can add Napster Agent to every page with Custom code in your site settings.
Before you start
- In Napster Spaces, open your Space, go to Preview & Publish, choose Embeddable Module or Agent Only, and click Copy in the Embed Code box. See Install Napster Agent on your website for help choosing.
- To use the JavaScript option instead, choose Overlay agent, pick the button position and theme, and click Copy code.
- Custom code goes live only when you publish your site. Webflow can show it in Preview, but visitors see it only after you publish. To test first, publish to your free webflow.io address.
Add the code to Webflow
Embeddable Module or Agent Only: every page
Both options stay fixed in the bottom-right corner of the browser window.
- Go to Site settings → Custom code.
- Paste your code into the Footer code section. Webflow adds it just before the closing
</body>tag. - Click Save changes.
- Click Publish, choose where to publish, and click Publish to selected domains. Your webflow.io address is enough for a test.
Show it on one page only
- In the Webflow Designer, open the page where you want the agent.
- Open the Add panel, search for Code Embed, and add it to the page.
- Paste your code into the code editor window that opens.
- Save and close the editor window.
- Click Publish, choose where to publish, and click Publish to selected domains.
The agent still floats in the bottom-right corner of the window. If it appears inside the element instead, use the every-page steps above.
JavaScript (Overlay agent): every page
The Overlay agent is a single <script> tag. In Napster Spaces, choose the button position and theme, click Copy code under Overlay agent, and paste it in the same place as the every-page iframe code above. The agent can lay cards over the page itself, not just in a corner box.
- Go to Site settings → Custom code.
- Paste the script into the Footer code box.
- Click Save changes, then click Publish.
Custom code needs a paid Workspace or Site plan. The agent shows on the published site, not in the Designer, where a placeholder appears instead.
Test it
- Open your published site in a private window. Your webflow.io address works for a test.
- Start a conversation and allow microphone access when asked.
- Check that you can hear a reply.
Troubleshooting
- Nothing appears in the Designer: Webflow may show only a placeholder, or nothing, on the canvas, and it doesn't run custom code in expand canvas view. Use Preview, or publish and check the live site.
- Custom code or Code Embed is locked: these need a Webflow Workspace on a paid plan (Core, Growth, Agency or Freelancer) or a site with an active Site plan. Add a plan, then publish.
- Old version shows after publishing: clear your browser cache or test in a private window.
- Appears but never starts: see Embedding Napster Agent on Your Website (iFrame Best Practices) for microphone permissions and cookie banners.
