What causes this?
When you are logged in as an Admin and navigate to My Learning to take a course assigned to yourself, the system may route you to the Admin edit view of that course instead of the learner experience. This is a known issue affecting users who hold both Admin and learner roles in the same organisation.
Workaround
To view the course as a learner without triggering the Admin view, log in using a separate account that only has the learner (Member) role - for example, a personal email address enrolled as a Member in your organisation. This ensures the learner experience is shown correctly.
