If you create a Pulse session and it does not appear in your Pulse section, or if the organisation switches unexpectedly when navigating to Pulse, follow the steps below.
Pulse session created but not visible
After creating a Pulse session, it should appear in the Pulse section of the organisation you created it in. If the session is missing:
- Check which organisation is currently active - the active organisation is shown in the top navigation bar. If you are a member of multiple organisations, it is easy to be in the wrong one.
- Switch to the organisation where you created the Pulse session. Your session should appear there.
- If the session still does not appear after switching to the correct organisation, try refreshing the page.
Organisation switches unexpectedly when navigating to Pulse
A known issue can cause the active organisation to switch automatically when you navigate to the Pulse section - for example, switching from your own organisation to "Napster Learn Internal". If this happens:
- Use the organisation switcher in the top navigation to switch back to your intended organisation.
- You should then see the Pulse generate button and any sessions you have created.
This behaviour has been reported and is being investigated by the development team.
Digital Twin creation hangs at the Knowledge step in Pulse
If creating a Digital Twin in Pulse gets stuck and does not progress past the Knowledge step, refresh the page and try again. If it continues to hang, submit a support ticket with your organisation name and the Pulse session URL.
