What Happens to Unused Credits?

Subscription credits (included in your monthly or annual plan) do not roll over at the end of a billing cycle. Any unused subscription credits expire when your billing cycle resets.
Purchased credit packs (bought separately) never expire. They remain on your account indefinitely until used.

Credit usage order:

Napster always uses your subscription credits first. Once those are exhausted, it automatically draws from any purchased credit packs. This ensures you always get maximum value from the credits most at risk of expiring.
