Can I Upgrade or Cancel My Subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Napster subscription at any time.
To make changes to your subscription:
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select My account.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Navigate to your current plan or the Pricing section.
- Select your desired action (upgrade, change plan, or cancel).
Important to know:
- Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- If you cancel, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancelling switches you to the Free plan — you retain access to unlimited listening.
- Credits included with your subscription do not roll over after cancellation, but any purchased credit packs remain and never expire.
