How can I add/integrate Napster Spaces to my website?

Your preferred option is selected as the last step in the creation of your Space under the Review & Publish tab, or can be found under the three dots menu for each Space. Embedding happens via iFrame.
Lead Capture — collecting visitor contact details
Lead Capture lets you collect visitor contact information inline during a conversation, without interrupting the experience. When a visitor shows intent to be contacted or escalate to a human, the agent triggers a short form directly in the experience.
What the visitor sees:
- A request summary pre-filled from the conversation (editable by the visitor)
- A name field
- A preferred contact method field (email or phone)
What you receive: On submission, the completed request is emailed to the address you configure in the experience setup.
How to enable Lead Capture:
- Open the experience setup for your Space.
- Find the Lead Capture toggle and switch it on.
- Enter the email address where submitted leads should be sent.
- Save and republish your Space.
Lead Capture is off by default on all experiences. It must be explicitly enabled per Space.
What commerce platforms does Spaces integrate with?
Spaces supports two commerce backends:
- Shopify — connects automatically via Shopify Storefront MCP. No setup required. See How Spaces connects to your Shopify store for full details.
- WooCommerce — connects via your store API to search your product catalog, present products as cards, manage a shopping cart, and hand off to your native WooCommerce checkout.
Can I duplicate an experience across organisations?
Yes. Super admins can copy experiences from one organisation to another, which is useful for partner onboarding and templated deployments.
