How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account then Billing then Preferences
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
After cancellation
Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged after cancellation takes effect.
Refund policy
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. For paid subscriptions, contact Napster Support to discuss refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
