- Napster Commercial TermsThe general terms on which Napster supplies its products and services. They apply to every order — covering ordering, charges and payment, measurement of usage, term and renewal, warranties, liability and data protection.
- Napster Product TermsThe terms that apply to each individual Product. For every Product it sets out a Specification — what an order includes, how use is measured, what the customer provides — and Product-Specific Terms that apply to that Product alone.
How the two fit together
The Commercial Terms apply to every order. The Product Terms add, for each Product, its Specification and its Product-Specific Terms.
