Open the station's detail page in the Fleet Management Portal.
- The connection badge shows whether the fleet can reach the station right now and, if not, how long it has been offline (for example, "Offline 2 hr").
- A dash under Last seen means the station has never connected. That is a setup issue, not an outage.
Note: disconnects are reported with a short delay, so a station that dropped in the last minute may still show as online, and one that just came back may briefly still show as offline.
