When you sign in as a learner at learn.napster.ai/course/, you land on your personal home dashboard. This is your central hub for accessing courses, simulations, your crew, and tracking your progress.
Dashboard sections
Your Courses
Shows your most recent or assigned courses with filter tabs:
- Featured — courses your organisation has highlighted
- Assigned — courses assigned to you by an admin
- In Progress — courses you have started but not yet completed
- Completed — courses you have finished
Click Explore All Courses or go to My Courses in the top navigation to see your full course library.
Your Simulations
Shows simulations assigned to you. Filter between Assigned and Completed. If nothing is assigned yet, the section shows "Nothing assigned to you yet." Simulations are interactive practice scenarios — not structured courses.
Your Crew Members
Shows the Mentors and Digital Twins in your Crew — your personal panel of AI companions available for live conversations at any time. Click any Crew member to start a session. If no Crew has been assigned yet, the section shows "No companions yet."
Quick Actions
Six shortcuts to your most important actions:
- Edit talent profile — update your skills, goals, and profile information
- Browse courses — go to the full course library
- Talk to my crew — open your Crew companions for a live conversation
- Track progress — jump to your progress view
- Browse simulations — see all available simulations
Your Progress
Tracks your learning journey with:
- Day Streak — consecutive days you have engaged with learning content (and your personal best streak)
- Weekly Goal — your target weekly study hours and progress toward it (shown as a percentage)
- Study Time — total hours logged this period
- Course Breakdown — progress across different subject areas (e.g. AI Fundamentals 85%, Machine Learning 62%, NLP 40%)
Upcoming
Shows any scheduled Pulse sessions or live sessions booked in your calendar. Appears empty if no sessions are scheduled.
Top navigation
- Home — returns to this dashboard
- My Courses — full course library with all filters
- My Crew — your full crew of AI companions
- Admin — switches to the admin panel (visible only to users with admin or manager roles)
