Can the platform remember previous interactions between sessions?
Yes, as long as the user is logged in.
Can I generate a custom AI Agent on demand?
Yes. Spaces allows you to generate a new custom AI Agent from a reference image or regenerate AI Agents until you find one that fits your preferences. You can also choose from a large selection of pre-generated Agents in the Companion pool.
Is the AI used in Napster Spaces multilingual?
Yes. The AI can interact in multiple languages. You can also set a default language so the Agent greets users accordingly unless instructed otherwise.
How many languages can the AI speak and understand?
The agent supports the following languages: Afrikaans, Arabic, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Marathi, Maori, Nepali, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, Welsh. The agent can support other languages, but quality and accuracy may be significantly lower.

What LLM(s) are powering Napster Spaces?
Napster Spaces uses the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Real-Time API.
Can I create a Digital Twin of myself for a Space?
You can upload any photo of yourself (a headshot, LinkedIn photo, or any clear face image - not just a selfie) to generate a custom avatar. This creates an animated, lip-synced agent using your likeness. Voice cloning is not included in this. For a full Digital Twin experience including voice cloning, please contact partners@napster.com for a quote. Full Digital Twin functionality is also on the product roadmap as a self-serve feature.
Can I recover a Space I accidentally deleted?
No. Deleted Spaces cannot be recovered. To avoid accidental loss, use the Unpublish option (available from the three dots menu on each Space) to temporarily disable a Space without deleting it. This preserves all content and configuration.
How do I create a Shopify store integration?
Provide the URL of your Shopify store, and Napster Spaces will automatically integrate via Shopify Storefront MCP Server functionality, as long as you do not prevent this connection on your end as a store owner. WooCommerce is also supported as of April 2026.
Can I use SSO for my administrative users?
Yes. SSO is supported via Microsoft or Google accounts.
Can I create different types of Spaces on the same account (Store, Site, Agent)?
Yes. There are no limitations on the combinations of Spaces you can create.
What is MCP server support and how do I use it?
MCP-enabled websites (such as Shopify and WooCommerce stores) allow Spaces to connect directly to the server, enabling the AI to search your product catalog and manage shopping carts within the site context.
Are there behavioral analytics built into the platform?
Yes. The Analytics dashboard includes session metrics, transcripts, and - for shopping-enabled Spaces - a dedicated Shopping Analytics section with a conversion funnel, sessions table, and per-product breakdown. Deeper CRM-style behavioral analytics are typically provided by external platforms.
How do I manage the content the Agent has access to?
You can use websites as dynamic knowledge bases, upload text-based files (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .pptx, .txt, .md), or define FAQ pairs. Knowledge base controls are managed in the administrative interface.
Does the Napster platform offer support for empathic behavior?
Yes. A behavioral prompt is available to tailor the Agent tone and interaction style.
Can Napster fine-tune the model used?
No. The platform does not rely on fine-tuning or model training to deliver functionality.
Data Privacy & Security
Do you process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII)?
Limited PII is processed for authentication (typically email for SSO). Any additional PII intentionally shared during interaction is discarded at session end unless retention is contractually required.
What data do you collect from interactions, and how long is it stored?
Full conversation transcripts are encrypted, anonymized, and stored. They may be used for client analytics or provided to clients upon request.
Is my data or interaction information ever shared publicly?
No. All data is customer-owned and is not shared with third parties or used for model training.
Is the solution GDPR and CCPA compliant?
Yes. Napster Spaces complies with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data protection regulations.
Is Napster audited for ISO 27001 or SOC-2?
Yes. Napster maintains SOC-2 Type 2 compliance through independent annual audits.
Where is my data stored and processed?
All data is stored and processed in a multi-tenant environment hosted on Microsoft Azure (default: USA). EU and APAC regions are available on request for Enterprise customers.
Can I choose the country or region where my data is stored?
In certain cases, yes. Please contact partners@napster.com to discuss data residency options.
Is data shared with third parties or used to train models?
No. Customers retain ownership and control of all data, and Napster does not train or fine-tune models using customer data.
Is all data encrypted in transit and at rest?
Yes. TLS 1.2+ is used for data in transit. Industry-standard encryption is applied at rest.
Are Digital Twins protected from public access?
As a Digital Twin owner, you decide on its access settings. It may be set to either private or public.
Can I trust the Napster platform security?
Yes. Napster is SOC-2 Type 2 compliant, audited by Microsoft, certified for Manufacturing and Retail AI, and supports private Azure endpoints for enhanced security.
