How do I get started?
- Enter a website URL, or describe what type of agent you want to create in the prompt box - no website required.
- Choose your AI Agent.
- Embed the iFrame into your website or use as a standalone experience.
Most users can go live in minutes.
What are the steps to create a Space?
- Choose your starting point - Enter a Website URL for instant content analysis, or use a prompt only if you do not have a website. You can also combine both.
- Choose AI Agent - select a persona from the library or upload your own image (see Custom Avatar Images: What Works and What Does Not for requirements).
- Select an Environment - pick a branded background or upload your own.
- Add Knowledge Sources - upload .doc, .docx, .pdf, .pptx, .txt, or .md files, or add URLs. Wait for each file to show "Processed" status before moving on.
- Configure FAQs - lock critical Q&As to ensure consistent answers.
- Set Welcome Message - create a greeting and suggested starter questions.
- Define Deflection Topics - list the topics the agent must avoid.
- Edit the Prompt - refine tone, goals, and style.
- Preview & Publish - choose full-page, module, or floating assistant.
