- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email and follow the reset instructions
Using the wrong email?
Try any email addresses you may have registered with. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same login method.
Account locked?
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If still locked, contact Napster Support.
Browser issues?
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere
- Try a different browser or private/incognito mode
