How do I export my conversation data?
- Log in and go to Account Settings
- Navigate to Data Management or Privacy
- Click Export My Data
- Choose the data types you want such as conversations or preferences
- Click Request Export
- You will receive a download link by email, usually within a few minutes
Your data is exported in JSON or CSV format. Napster will never sell your conversation data to third parties.
