A Digital Twin is an AI version of you — it looks like you, sounds like you, and knows what you know. Once created, your Digital Twin can represent you when you're not available.
What your Digital Twin can do
- Take meetings — Your Twin handles calls in different time zones. You wake up to summaries in your inbox.
- Manage your presence — Answers questions about your work, handles your store, keeps your audience engaged while you're offline.
- Always available — From "I can't be everywhere" to "I'm always on." Your Twin represents you when you can't be there.
How to create your Digital Twin
- Go to Profile → Create Digital Twin in the Napster for Mac app.
- Record a short 60-second reference video — this is used to generate your avatar and capture your voice.
- Complete the short onboarding flow to define your Twin's knowledge and personality.
- Your Digital Twin is ready to receive sessions.
Can I skip this during onboarding?
Yes — Digital Twin creation is optional. You can skip it during first-time setup and return to it any time from Profile → Create Digital Twin.
What happens when others talk to your Twin?
When someone starts a session with your Digital Twin while you're away, you'll find a summary and full transcript in your Messages when you return. See also: Can others interact with my Digital Twin?
Consent requirement
Creating a Digital Twin of another person (not yourself) requires their prior written consent. See the Terms of Service — Digital Twins section for full details.
