Canceling Your Subscription

If you would prefer to cancel your subscription, here’s how:

If you are subscribed directly with Napster:

1. Go to account.napster.com.
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Go to Account Summary.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period and will automatically cancel on the renewal date.

Through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Make sure you’re signed in with the account used for your Napster subscription.
3. Tap Menu → Subscriptions.
4. Select Napster.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Through Apple App Store:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
3. Find and select Napster.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Through a Partner:
If you signed up for Napster through one of our partners, you can cancel your subscription either through their website or by contacting their customer service team directly.
