Dynamic learner profiles (Talent Profiles)
Every employee in Napster Learn has a Talent Profile — a dynamic, AI-enhanced view of their development. It includes:
- Current learning activity and engagement trends
- Skills being developed and competency progress
- Badge milestones achieved
- Full learning history across all interactions
Employees can update certain fields themselves, making it part resume, part growth dashboard. Talent Profiles give employees a reason to engage with learning that goes beyond compliance — they can see their own development in real time and understand how it connects to their career path.
Badge milestones
As employees complete courses, modules, or achieve proficiency in specific skill areas, they earn badges. Badges are visible in the employee's Talent Profile and can be shared. They provide tangible recognition of learning progress and give managers and HR leaders visibility into workforce capability development.
Career development connection
Talent Profiles are designed to connect directly to career development pathways — not sit in isolation as a training record. Employees can use their profile to understand what skills they have built, what they are developing, and what their learning history shows about their professional growth trajectory.
Visibility for L&D teams and managers
HR leaders, L&D teams, and managers can view Skills Recognition data at both individual and cohort level:
- Which skills are being developed across teams
- Which employees are achieving milestones and progressing
