Help!! My controller wont work!!
We're here to help you! We know it can be very frustrating spending lots of time trying to get a controller to work, we've been there!
And while we wish there was a simple "plug and play" answer to this question, there just simply is not. There are hundreds if not thousands of controllers and transmitters on the market. And quite frankly we want you to be able to use most if not all of them! Why should you have to be inconvenienced to buy a new controller?? You shouldn't!!
But to make all of the controllers work with the game requires a lot of time, effort and research and development... which we are doing!
So please bear with us as we work very hard to get your specific controller working with the game.
*** To see if your controller has been confirmed with the game, feel free to check out the "Controller List and Setup" section of the support page to see if we have addressed your controller already.
Keep in mind, that the list does not reflect ALL the controllers that are compatible with the sim. A good rule of thumb is, if you can plug your controller into your computer and access this site and it works there, it should work in the sim without issue. Note** The Steam controller is not compatible with the DRL sim.

- Type of controller
- Confirmed Operating System: PC/Mac and version
- How your controller connects to the computer: Micro/Mini USB, Dongle, Wireless Receiver, Etc.
- And Lastly.. How did you get it to work step by step.
Also you can use this link above to let us know that you are having issue setting up your controller. be sure to include the type of controller you are using as well as the way you are connecting it to the computer. Don't forget to let us know the type of computer as well!
