What is the Family Plan?
The Family Plan allows an account owner (admin) to invite additional members to share one Napster subscription and a single pool of credits.
Where is Family Plan management available?
Family Plan management is currently available on the Napster web app only. Support for managing Family Plans on iOS and Android will be added later.
Who can add or remove family members?
Only the account admin can add or remove family members from the plan.
How do I invite a family member?
Admins can invite members by logging in on the web and navigating to:
My Account > Members > Invite Member

Can invited members use Napster on mobile apps?
Yes. Once a member is invited through the web, they can log in and use Napster on Web, iOS, and Android.
What role do invited users have?
Invited users are added as members, not admins.
What permissions do family members have?
Family members cannot:
Manage billing
Manage credits
Add or remove other members
Can a family member leave the plan on their own?
No. Family members cannot leave the Family Plan themselves. Only the admin can remove them.
How are credits shared on a Family Plan?
All users on the Family Plan share one pooled set of credits.
Is there a per-member credit usage tracker?
No. There is currently no per-member credit usage tracking.
Can family members see billing information?
No. Billing information is visible only to the admin.
Do Family Plan invitations expire?
Yes. Invitations expire after 30 days if they are not accepted.
What happens if an invitation expires or is sent to the wrong email?
The admin can revoke the invitation and send a new one to the same or a different email address.
Is Family Plan management available on mobile apps?
No. Family Plan setup and management is currently web-only. Support for managing Family Plans on iOS and Android will be added later.
