The ability to pay for your Napster subscription through Metro by T-Mobile phone plan is going away. To keep your Napster account active and avoid a service interruption, you will need to add a new billing method. We recommend you do this by Dec 15, 2018.
Please note that once you have added a new billing method you will continue to pay through Metro by T-Mobile depending on your billing cycle through December. After that, you will automatically be billed through Napster.
You should have received official communication from Napster with details including a link. See below for more information on how to update:
Check your Napster App for messages in-App including your newsfeed. Simply click the link provided and follow the on-screen steps.
Check your email from Napster with the link and follow the on-screen steps to switch to Napster billing.
