To update your billing info:
1. Sign in to My Account
2. Choose "Billing Information"
3. Choose "Edit" next to "Billing And Payment Information"
4. Enter payment details
5. Click submit
Getting errors trying to update you card?
Napster’s billing system contacts your credit card company and requests information. Your card company either accepts or rejects our request. We are unable to see why a card is not accepted. Please contact your credit card company if you have questions about why a transaction is failing or your card is not accepted.
