Manage Your Account

Visit My Account to see all your subscription settings and make changes. Or, choose from the most popular options below.

You may cancel your Napster subscription by visting napster.com and clicking Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the account summary.
If you know your current password, visit napster.com with your username and password. Click “Edit” next to “Password.” Enter your current password, the preferred new password, and confirm the new password. Click “Submit” when finished. If you forgot your current password, visit napster.com and enter the email address on your Napster account and click “Submit.” An email with a new password will be sent to your email address. If you do not have access to the email address on your Napster account, Click Here to contact support.
Login to account.napster.com with your username and password. Click “Authorizations” on the left. Click “Deauthorize” to remove a device from your account or click “Rename” to change the name of the device. To add a device to your account, download and install the Napster app and sign-in. The app will automatically authorize.

2. Click "Edit" next to "Account Status"
3. Click "Select Plan"
4. Confirm or re-enter payment details if prompted

2. Click "View.Edit Billing Information"
3. Click "Edit" next to "Billing And Payment Information"
4. Enter payment details
5. Click submit
1. Sign in to My Account
2. Click "Change Password"
3. Enter current password
4. Enter new password
5. Click "Submit"
1. Sign in to My Account
2. Click "Change User Name"
3. Enter new username
4. Click "Save"
1. Sign in to My Account
2. Click "View/Edit email preferences"
3. Click "Edit" next to "Email Subscriptions"
4. Check the box next to "Unsubscribe from all email lists above"
5. Click "Submit".
1. Sign in to My Account
2. Enter the code in the "Redeem Code" box
3. Click "Apply"
