How to sign-in to Napster Windows 10 Software
- Open Napster Windows 10 software
- You have two options:
- Sign in using your Facebook account
- Enter your Napster username & password, then click Sign In
Home
The Home screen allows quick access to editorial features, new releases, popular charts, music from other listeners in the service, and browsing by genre and theme.
Search
The search field allows you to search for your favorite music by artist, album, track, playlist, or listener.
Profile
The profile screen allows you to edit your profile and also gives you quick access to Playlists, Favorites, music from listeners like you and other listeners with similar taste; your personal charts, organized by track/album/artist and by week/month/year/all time; and your friends. You can also search for friends from your profile.
Library
The library screen allows quick access to the albums and tracks that you have saved to your collection. You can sort and filter, and use semantic zoom to quickly jump to the content you’re looking for.
Downloads
The downloads screen allows quick access to the albums and tracks that you have downloaded for offline use. You’ll notice the interface is identical to the library screen.
Play Queue
The play queue screen allows you to see the list of tracks that you have queued up to play next, as well as a view of your listening history going back up to 300 tracks.
Radio
The radio screen allows you to view your recently played stations, your saved stations, or a collection of editorially curated stations. Use the text box to create a new artist or track station at any time.
Playlists
Your playlists are always accessible from the left navigation. You can find and access playlists, and easily drag and drop tracks into playlists anytime.
Settings
The settings screen allows quick access to your Account page, features like audio playback quality, Facebook connect, and various display options.

How to Download Music on Windows PC App
Napster subscribers have the ability to download many songs, albums, stations, or playlists from Napster’s library to listen for offline playback.
- Click on the playlist you want to make available offline
- Click the download button next to the track name (icon with an arrow pointing downward). You can see download progress in the left-hand column
- The blue download arrow means it’s finished downloading
Unable to download songs on Windows 10 PC App
Try the solutions given below.
- Close all background application except Napster.
- Sign out from the app and sign in back.
- Restart the computer
- Turn off the firewall
Unable to stream music on Napster PC app?
Try the solutions given below
- Temporarily disable any internet security software (antivirus, firewalls, etc)
- Check for windows updates
- Uninstall/reinstall through Add & Remove Programs.
Songs skip on Napster PC app
Check if this problem a occurs with a single track/album or all albums. If it happens with a particular album, Suggest the user remove and re-add the songs in the library or the playlist. If it happens for all the albums or tracks. Please try the following workaround given below
- Sign out from Napster player and sign in back.
- Restart the computer.

How to enable/Disable Endless Playback

- Open the Napster website.
- Sign in and play a playlist or album

How to fix problems with Napster App downloaded from Microsoft Store
If you're having problems with Napster app downloaded from Microsoft Store, here are some things you can try:
- Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start button> Microsoft Store. Select See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.
- Repair and reset the Napster app: Select the Start button > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Select the Napster app that's not working, and then select Advanced options.
